our services
From initial feasibility studies to full scale operations, we combine our expertise and experience to bring your project into reality.
Our Services
Pre-Development Studies and Engineering
Moduref assists the client to carry out early-stage concept definition, Technical Feasibility Studies, Front End Engineering and Design (FEED) and Detailed Design and Engineering (DD&E). Our team of engineers translate the conceptual idea into a detailed, technical project blueprint, defining the scope and providing dependable project estimates. All detailed engineering drawings and calculations are based on applicable codes, complete with specifications, equipment data, and execution documentation.

Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Training and Support
Our hands-on O&M training provides personnel with the required technical know-how to safely operate, maintain and troubleshoot process plants. Also, we use computer based process models and data analysis to optimize process units (Optimization studies). These studies find ways to cut energy use, fix operational bottlenecks, and boost the yield of valuable product slates while keeping the plant safe and stable.
Fabrication and Startup
Moduref fabricates modular process equipment to highest industry standards, complete with QA/QC, Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and packaged for shipping. We also provide onsite installation supervision for skids and piping installation. Moduref then mobilizes its field services team for commissioning and startup prior to a full handover.

Technical Consulting
We provide independent advisory and oversight throughout the project development lifecycle. Our team reviews engineering designs for compliance, optimizes procurement strategies to reduce supply chain risks, and provides on-site management to ensure contractors deliver your project safely, on time, and within budget. Moduref also assists clients during regulatory engagement to obtain licenses, safety and environmental permits.
